has canvas cover, basket made with L.V. name woven belt and
1926,28 cunard white star line stickers. Cover protected this trunk
from fading monogram printing and soil of corner leather.

very strongly built, the fittings are tough and has the cover for key hole. L.Vuitton launched their first trunk specially for motor excel in waterproof and dust protection in 1897.  the finishing material - vuittonite - had developed for motor car trunks in 1904.
